Settings for a CD jewel case?

Hi, I'm trying to help someone create their box shots with your software, but having trouble figuring out the best settings for not the CD itself, but the jewel case (just the front) Are there any suggestions?

We are going to release a new version of the software, which will include CD jewel case.
For now you may try to play with the box, but it will probably will look not as you desired.
