Layer Settings : Glow

Use this field to specify the outer glow radius.

Select the outer glow color from the drop down palette or  drag the color picker tool over the screen.

Use this slider to specify the outer glow intensity.

Use this field to specify the inner glow radius.

Select the inner glow color from the drop down palette or  drag the color picker tool over the screen.

Use this slider to specify the inner glow intensity.
